Does anyone know of a legitimate online data entry position?

I am looking to work from home. I don't have any start up capitol but I know there are jobs out there. I just dont know where and how to find them. I want to stay at homw very badly with my 5 month old son. but I have way too many bills to not have a job. Please someone point me in the right direction.

Does anyone know of a legitimate online data entry position?
You will hear of a lot of people who claim to have found this work and are making a fortune. The only way they really make money is by getting others to pay them to find work - not by actual work.

There are data entry jobs available, but they are generally only available very locally. The pace of business today prohibits the type of data entry you remember from years back. However, there are always businesses which need to take analog data (maybe handwritten job applications, for example) and turn them into computer entries. Even with optical character recognition, there is still a need to data enter or verify what the system read. Occasionally, this work can be done from home once you've proven yourself with the employer.

Look for evening shifts for data entry (often found thru temp agencies) and once you've built a reputation, see if their servers can be accessed remotely so you could work from home. I think more and more of these jobs will be done at home, but they will extremely short time-lines, what comes in today needs to be in the system tonight, for example, with none of the flexibility you remember.

Good luck.
Reply:There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills (fast typing, 10 key), may want you to know excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but it is rare.

One option is to freelance and bid for data entry jobs. However, you are bidding along with many people and often other countries-so you may have to bid really low just to get a job and/or project.

Another option is to offer data entry services to businesses in your area. It can be done, I know people who have done this but it is not easy to do.

Probably the best home\internet business you can ever find.

Even better than Ebay business
Reply:Hi, Sara!

I'd try to stay away from "work from home" typing jobs.

While there IS money to be made from home, typing or surveys are not the best way to go.

The best way to go is to start your own business!

When I say that, I mean there are really a number of ways to make money online.

Here are just a few of them:

1. Make a website or blog on a topic that you know about.

Then, you sign up to AdSense and other PPC content sharers, and you make money when people click on your links.

2. Sell an actual product

You can still make money by selling advertising space, but this way, you make money by selling a product.

3. Sell a digital downloadable product.

Like an eBook or some other type of digital product. This way, you don't have to deal with postage or anything like that. It's like an online vending machine!

It's really easy to set up websites like these. In fact, you can buy a website on eBay for very very little time or money, and start making money within a week or two of marketing your website!

Anyways, I hope this post helps you to see other avenues of making money online...

Good luck!

-Andy

P.S. I just published a free book you can find at my website called "How to Start Your Own Online Vending Machine From Scratch In 10 Easy Steps" - it might help you out..

The librarian will provide you with a sample of the typing template (i.e., margin settings, font selection, page set up, etc.) in order to complete these projects. An average weekend income is about $300-$400 for two days work.

Are there any honest online job outhere? Like data entry job?

Does anyone know any real data entry job over the net that can help you to earn money? My friends told me any kind of job on the internet that ask you to pay first, that's a definite scam. So is that true?

Your friend is right. The pay first are almost always scams. There are legitimate work at home opportunities.

Syndicated Radio Consumer Advocate Clark Howard has a list on his website. I've linked below.
Reply:well i take surveys online. check out my site http://cashtutor.blogspot.com/ I review all the sites that have paid me and even posted the checks online. They're all free and easy. You won't get rich but they definitely help with bills or something. :)

* The company lists a physical address and a phone number on their web site.

* You can talk to someone at the company on the phone.

* They have a Dunn %26amp; Bradstreet listing and they freely give out their D%26amp;B number.

* They draw checks form a domestic bank.

* There is no required money down form you to start to work for them.

Has anyone had any luck with these Data Entry programs or or they a hoax?

Does anyone know anything about any of these "Data Entry" programs? Are they for real or a hoax?
yeah most are hoax. They either take your money and redirect you to some poorly made free site where you could have joined already. I personally joined "typers wanted" I found it at http://www.squidoo.com/typingathome . That site has a lot of information and helped me learn about what I was getting into. Oh and has a list of the scam companies.
Reply:Even the handful of legitimate sites have very long waiting lists. Even if you make it to the top of the list, you won't get enough assignments to make a living.
Reply:Most companies are a hoax. If you want to see if they're in good standing check with BBB or Bad Business Report a.k.a, ripoffreport.com. There are some legitimate companies such as Alpine Access, and virtual assistants.com (approved by BBB) Virtual Assistants do charge a small fee for their job listings . You need to have some skills other than data entry to work for them. Also check jobs on genuinejobs.com. No jobs listed are supposed to charge you cash for employment at genuine jobs. Liveops is for at home operator jobs.

What are BPO companies? Where can i get Data entry jobs ?
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

BPO is the act of transferring some of an organization's repeated non-core and core business processes to an outside provider to achieve cost reductions while improving service quality. BPO offers companies a way of achieving transformational outcomes much more quickly. In a typical BPO contract, a service provider takes over a specific corporate function.

Is it true that we can earn money from home by online data entry jobs?
Hi Niki,

I've had a lot of experience over the past 3 years with this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I was in college. There's sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunities.

Now after sooo many disapointments I'm using a crowd called Data Entry Pro and it's now making me money (finally!) online.

Anyway, basically you sign up with them and then once your logged in you just fill in as many forms as you like in their members section and you get paid for each one. I get checks from them every 2 weeks each averaging around $250-$350. You could make more but I just use the site as an extra income stream aswell as my full time job so I only work on it for around an hour each night.

You do have to be prepared to spend a little money though if you want to do anything online like this but it´s already been worth it for me.

Here`s the link you can get them at anyway -%26gt; www.datatry.com

Hope this helps!

Goodluck,

William

Ps: I forgot to tell you that they now have a 60 day money back guarantee or something like that (they didn't have one of these when I joined) so if you don't like it you can get a full refund... I know you won't look back though! :)

Take a look at http://www.squidoo.com/typingathome it has lots of information and a list of legit programs. If your planning to really work at home you should be able to use any programs information to your advantage. If you are just going to sit there like a bum don't bother. What is a good website/company to work at home for? Doing data entry, or putting something together?

I don't want to pay anything to join the company. I have internet access and want to do this on the side in addition to my full time job.

What is a good website/company to work at home for? Doing data entry, or putting something together?
100% of all the data enty and envelope stuffing opportunities I tried were scams. I tried over 13 work from home opportunities. Don't make another move until you have learned what I have learned!

I know a lot about this topic, I have a lot of good info for you. Many people are looking for work from home companies. All the scams definitely create a big problem but also, there is a problem of people misunderstanding the difference between work from home "jobs" and work from home opportunities. There really are not work from home “jobs”. To get that you have to start working for a company in their offices first, then they MAY allow you to take the job home.

Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate offers are not an hourly pay type job. They are business opportunities that help you in starting your own business from your home.

What you should do first is to decide if you are simply looking for an hourly rate type job or if you are looking for more of an opportunity for additional income such as what you would make in your own business being your own boss from home. Many say a JOB stands for Just Over Broker and I have found that to be true as well. I never got anywhere working for others.

Small home businesses have some small costs involved, less then $100 to start is reasonable and I would stay away from those wanting $300, $500 even some asking for $1000. It doesn’t cost that much to start and run a home business so you shouldn’t pay it. The real ones will have a small monthly overhead as well. Should be around $50 a month but no more then $75. And everything should be included from your web sites to training and team support to back office accounting and booking. It’s ok to pay this overhead because it’s a business, they cost money. It’s not reasonable to assume you can run a business from home with a website and more for free so do keep that in mind as you search.

If you are coming across places that say free then I would RUN don’t walk the other way! They never are. I tried them many a times and 3 weeks later I had to buy this and 6 weeks later that. After 6 months these “free businesses” had cost me over $800 on average.

I’m a stay at home mom of two little girls a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I work about 15-18 hours per week for a National Medical Benefits Company. This is a home business, a nationally known and reputable home business which is what you need to make sure you are looking for. I have been with the company almost a year now and I make over $2000 a month! In your first month, depending on how many hours you can work I have seen people make anywhere from $300 to over $2000. And your income will increase each month because we get paid residual income as well. If I continue on as I am going at the end of the year I will be making $5000 a month. My friend Becky from South Carolina started 2 years before me and she is now making $95,000 a year with her home business.

The best part is they have 401(k), direct deposit and a benefits package. In addition, there are no products, no hard selling or pushing, no cold calling, no home parties and no telemarketing! That was VERY important to me.

I absolutely love working with them and I can't believe I am making what I am making and in so few hours per week. The neat thing is there are other people on your team that you work with so you are never alone. You have great team support and you get to know the other people on your team pretty well. The support is great but I have made wonderful friends as well. I think that’s important too, especially being at home!

I was a bit apprehensive at first because I know a lot of companies are not legit but this company is the number one National Medical Benefits Company in the US. They are a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, The Consumer Health Alliance and the National Association of Dental Plans which is very impressive. Also they were featured in “The New York Times”, “Wall Street Journal” “Time Magazine” and the “American Medical Review”. Even “60 Minutes” with Morley Safer did a big special on this home based business.

Even more then all this is they are accepted at over 100,000 retailers nation wide. These are fortune 500 companies like Sears, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-mart, Publix and more. These companies would never work with a company that was any thing less then reputable. That made me feel very good about working with them knowing they were accepted at these stores that I frequent. Also now of course being with them I get the dental and vision benefits for free and I saved over $150 on my last visit to the dentist! That’s just a beautiful perk! : - )

When I first started I just felt very safe with them, that and my friend was already making so much money with Ameriplan. But at this point I feel a sense of security financially that our family has never had before. That plus LOVING what you do? What could be better?

Check them out! Just type in www.workathomeplus.net in your web browser.

That seems to be all that's readily available to job seekers nowadays.

How do you get out of the vicious cycle of administrative, data entry, call center, and retail jobs?
Plenty of resturant jobs around but that sucks too. If you really enjoyed it, it wouldn't be called work now would it? I have a $40,000 culinary education that means nothing because your come out more trained and disciplined than the actual industry as a whole. There's all kind of work out there, don't be so closed minded. Just find out what your good at and go.

You might still end up in those jobs for a while, but at least that glass ceiling will be removed from above you.
Reply:get an education
Reply:That entirely depends upon your educational background and more importantly, what it is you want to do instead of such jobs.

The mere fact that you're asking the question implies a willingness to change %26amp; grow which is a big factor you have in your favor already. Employers love that kind of initiative. But do they know you have it?

Are you a people person? Then you might look into sales. Companies are always looking for smart, motivated, and outgoing people to hire and train as salespeople. The earning potential is unlimited, but the learning curve is steep and most fail because they are not prepared to deal with the inevitable %26amp; constant rejection as well as the long hours that it takes to become established.

That's probably 1 route you could go with little to no experience/education. But if sales doesn't intrigue you then you need to find out what does. What are you passionaste about in life? Helping others, dealing with numbers, working with your hands, writing, etc?

You can check out the link below for some resources to measure your the kinds of jobs that would fit well into your particular personality %26amp; aptitude:

Once you find the kind of work that you wish to pursue, then it comes down to designing a plan to help you achieve that goal. Here's where your background in Admin can work in your favor.

For a number of years I worked in the recruiting business and I know firsthand that companies are constatnly looking for good admin help.

Use this to your advantage in 1 of 2 ways:

1.) Join with as many temp agencies as you can and go company shopping. (note, this is much different than job shopping for you are merely using your current experience as a means for getting your foot in the door to get a feel for the corporate culture and opportunities within the company). If you find a company that you like, see what kinds of jobs are available within that company on a permanent basis within your current area of expertise.

When interviewing for the position, ask specifically about what kinds of additional training %26amp; advancement opportunities are available for hard working employees looking to grow within the company? This is an attitude all-too lacking among 99% of all job applicants. Do your assigned job duties with utmost professionalism and specifically ask to take on projects outside of your comfort zone and more in the area you wish to go.

Using this method, my oldest sister worked her way up from being a temp to becoming Vice President of a large midwestern bank.

2.) Hone in on the company(ies) you would like to work for and network like crazy. Do whatever you can to find names %26amp; telephone #s of people inside that company to talk to. Do your homework and be prepared with every bit of info you can so that when you are asked why you want to work for XYZ company you can tell them exactly how your current (presumabley administrative at this point) skills would be of benefit to THEM.

This is very important, never approach a company solely from the stance of what they can do for you. You must give to get. Even when you are asking about training, do it from the standpoint that you want to better yourself to add more value for THEM as well as yourself.

If you have found a dream company to work for (great culture, atmosphere, opportunity for training %26amp; advancement) but are still having difficulty getting in, don't be discouraged. It costs a lot of money to bring someone on, train them, only to face the good possibility that they'll be gone in 12 months anyway.

Your Hail Mary here is to be willing to work for free for a trial period so that you can prove yourself to be an asset. Go in with confidence that you can be the best admin assistant ever and are willing to back it up by working as an unpaid intern for X days/weeks and you'll knock the socks off of some hiring managers. And once you're in, use that same go-gettem spirit to educate yourself in your desired field of interest. (but keep in mind all of this study will be extra-curricular, don't expect them to pay for you to study on their time %26amp; dime).

Some may offer some tuition assistance, espeically if what you plan to study is related to their company, but even if they do not, at least you will be in a great company with much better prospects for growth and a feeling of reassurance that'll come from knowing that you are working your plan and in time will have only one direction to move!

Hope this helps

You might have to take trainings or courses to be fit for something else, but with a little planning and some dedication, other jobs can open up for you.

You could apply for nursing school or something like that, which is sorta like working and learning at the same time from what I gathered. Many other jobs only require a short course or will let you work and grow into your job while you learn.

The first step to all that however is just taking a conscious step towards changing your career. Once you have an idea of what you'd like to do (can be several things) check out what you'd need for these jobs (entry level) at things like the employment office or even temp agencies. How do you get out of the vicious cycle of administrative, data entry, call center, and retail jobs?

That seems to be all that's readily available to job seekers nowadays.

How do you get out of the vicious cycle of administrative, data entry, call center, and retail jobs?
A college degree is the first step.

You might still end up in those jobs for a while, but at least that glass ceiling will be removed from above you.

You can check out the link below for some resources to measure your the kinds of jobs that would fit well into your particular personality %26amp; aptitude:

http://jobsearch.about.com/cs/personalit...

I would like to know why do I have to pay a company a fee to do typing or data entry jobs from home?

If I am willing to work for a company doing this kind of work why do I pay a fee for training materials or whatever when I already know how to type. I think I should be provided with everything free of charge.

I would like to know why do I have to pay a company a fee to do typing or data entry jobs from home?
Don't. They are scams if they ask you to pay a fee. But, on the other hand, there are companies that facilitate getting these kinds of jobs online, and they are legit. The fee provides you access to services you would normally pay for if you ran your own home-based business. I've used two different ones over the years, and occasionally go back to them when I find local work is getting a bit thin. Check for yourself to see if they fit your needs...

Now, if you are willing to do freelance work, do what I did. I went to several of the businesses in my area that routinely brings in temp. help from the various agencies and offered my services to them. My offer was fairly simple, I charged them less than the temp agencies charged, more that what their employees recieved. In time, I hired part timers, usually college students and did real well at this.

If I were going to do something with a fee I would do something more profitable. There are many choices out there but I would focus on something that doesn't take inventory and if you haven't done any before I would start with an opportunity that allows you to learn why you earn. Check out www.counselofleaders.com . Teaching people how to change their lives with their realestate investment decessions makes good money. I would focus on about $20,000 month but it will take about a year to build.

Reply:This sounds exactly like the one that I tried. My advice is that if you are doing a job for someone else rather than your own business, NEVER pay them money to work for them!

I did manage to get a refund but I was one of the lucky ones! If you are looking for an online "job" in which you are an employee, you should never have to pay them to work! The only time you should ever invest money into a business is if you are starting your own.

If you need some guidance in this area, feel free to visit the Hub page link in my profile where you will find useful information on how to look for the right opportunity and how to determine the difference in a home business op and a work from home "job".

This info is non-company specific and does not promote my business or any other company. It is general information that helps people learn how to look for online opportunities and avoid being scammed.

I wish you all the best! Feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Hello friend

If you are like I was, you are suffering from "Extreme

Exposure" to all the false promises and hype on the Internet.

But there is a remedy and I found it: The Berry Tree -- a

program that delivers seven key ingredients for Rapid

Recovery:

http://www.MyBerryTree.com/bt39162

The Berry Tree is the cure that others promise but never

deliver.

The Berry Tree is:

1. Easy -- Your only requirement is your membership. We

promote and automatically grow your business for you.

2. Inexpensive -- Your membership is less than the cost

of a sandwich at McDonald's each day.

3. Hot -- Just launched. You can be in on the ground

floor.

4. Secure -- Part of a seven-year old never-fail company.

5. Lucrative -- For everyone from newbies to gurus and

couch potatoes to extreme business builders.

6. Supportive -- Complete support system including live

2x weekly (or more) internet conference calls, radio

broadcasts, members' section, forum and more.

7. Unlimited potential -- Many bonuses in our patent-

pending compensation plan for everyone who decides

to actively promote the program.

I'll tell you a little bit more about these seven points in

future e-mails, but why wait? The website tells you

everything and does it so much better than I can:

http://www.MyBerryTree.com/bt39162

If you are like me, this is the last program you will ever

look at -- it's that good!

Sincerely,

Note: I repeat again Please note I am not promoting this business. Few days back I received this curious mail and I am just reproducing the same. It is left to you to visit/use/Ignore

Reply:If you are an accomplished typist - word processor and have recently visited your local city college or university librarian, you can apply as a "certified" graduate typist, earning between $1.50 to $2.00 per page for a master or doctoral thesis. The librarian will provide you with a sample of the typing template (i.e., margin settings, font selection, page set up, etc.) in order to complete these projects. An average weekend income is about $300-$400 for two days work.

Do you know how hard it is to make Cold calls??? Holly Molly! When I get someone that asks me to call them about doing a party or if they are interested in becoming a party consultant, I still HATE to call them ...and.... they have asked me to!!

Well, I guess that just mean that not everyone has a hard time with it! lol

In case you are wondering, I do Passion Parties!.... : )
Reply:I do, it is located in my profile. We have to use company sponsored web hosting. It is not very expensive though. They want to keep the image clean and if they allow us to out source our web hosting, it is impossible to control the content. Report Abuse

Reply:Yes, they do. You would be hired as an independent contractor. Lots of websites use these kinds of workers. I'd begin applying with those whose services you like. Good Luck!
Reply:What about trying the medical transcription thing?

Reply:A lot of insurance agents hire these type of people to cold call and set appointments for them. Market to them, or real estate agents, financial advisors...you get the picture.
Reply:I work from home. It's wonderful. You will not be able to use that much technology, but it's great if you want to work from home and make good money. Let me know if you would like more info.

Where are all the legitimate data entry work at home jobs does anyone know?
The only real ones are those in which you are already doing data entry for a company and you make arrangements with them to telecommute. Almost anything else is a scam.

What is the best way to make money on line? Do those internet sites work for data entry?
While surveys may not be the best money (in terms of amount), it's one of the easiest to do relative to what you get. Fill out surveys for money. CashCrate is a good site to fill out surveys for money, http://www.*************/index.php?ref=1...

It's free to join and easy money. If you need help or any questions, aim me at AltemaCC

You aren't going to make a ton of money, so this isn't bullshit like those "make 5 grand a week" deals. I made about 20$ on my first day.

I have a small business helping people with health, and also to make extra income from home.

You do need to be careful - just make sure you fully investigate the company you look into joining. Make usre there is a money back guarantee and that the company is a large organisation with proof, such as being listed on the stock exchange or sposoring events, etc.

I would also speak with the person you communicte with either in person or over the phone, before committing to anything.

I love working from home and can help you with tips for getting started. :)

You could setup a blog or website, this is completely free. Once you have added some good content, you can start to earn money from advertising. I know you wont make a huge income from this, but it would get you started working from home.

Pick a topic which you are very interested in, and write a piece on that everyday.

I've given step by step instructions on how to create a website for free, and then add adverts to it so you can start generating income.

Any questions please leave a comment on this blog.

I've also found some useful information on this blog which I found today, it helps you to earn small amounts of money from data entry, surveys, receiving telephone calls, reading adverts in emails and online selling.

Reply:Hi,

I tried a method some time back when I was starting out. It used to make me around $300 per week. I haven't tried it in some time, though I'm sure it still works as the method cannot dry out. Its VERY DIFFERENT from the other s*** stuff here like Paid-To-Click etc and it doesn't require any money to start. Its all about 'a creative technique'. What is a good price scale to use for a typing or data entry services?

I am thinking about starting a typing service.

What is a good price scale to use for a typing or data entry services?
i would offer custom quotes depending on what the job is as each clerical job is unique, but i think a reasonable rate would be somewhere around $20 an hour. I would also have a fee if you picked up the materials or they brought them to you, and an extra fee if they needed the preparation expedited. I would also have a 'per page' fee, only you can determine that. how long would it take you to type a page? dont sell yourself short. best of luck to you.

Am i elgible to do Data entry work from home?

Hi Friends

I am on H4 dependent Visa. Am i eligible to work DATA ENRY FROM HOME jobs for part itme. If not give me solutions..

Am i elgible to do Data entry work from home?
The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

http://working-from-home-ireland.blogspo...

Time %26amp; effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of forum.

http://www.working-from-home-jobs.com/

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.

Hope it helps!
Reply:its very very difficult to make a decent income while doing data entry from home, and you're unlikely to get the names of genuine employers in a public place like this.

I'd recommend doing a search of the previous 'best answers' on yahoo, I got some good information that way.

I want to start work at home -Data entry work from Sri Lanka.?
I have two children and I built my own web site. That way, I can be in control of what I put on the site and I can work when I want to. It is not a scam. It is not a get rich quick scheme, either.

It does take a few months to get things up and running and you do have to write a lot of your own content (pages) if you want the search engines to find you, but it is very much worth it. The feeling of fulfillment I get is even better than the Google checks (I have ads on my site).

My site has been up since September of last year and it continues to grow. You can see what it looks like below. If you are interested in finding out more, read the "My Passion" page. It will give you more information about me and what I did to start my site.

It's really worth it, too. Once the site is up and running, the income just keeps coming in. It may not make you independently weathy (although some people are doing extremely well), but, at least for me, it's enough to afford a family vacation each year, support my scrapbooking habit, buy extra luxuries for myself and my family (and pay for the site each year).

Are there any real work at home data entry and typing jobs and where?

as a single dad i need another source of income I am looking for something online like data entry or typing, proofreading etc.

Are there any real work at home data entry and typing jobs and where?
Most people who work at home and are successful are doing one of two things - getting paid a commission on everyone they convince to join the program (also known as MLM or pyramid plans) OR they have their own business. Your own business is something you create yourself, not find on the internet. You create it based on your skills, your passions not on what someone else tells you is the GREATEST thing going.

If you are looking at one of the endless "opportunities" out there be careful - most are scams. Here are a few questions you should ask to help figure out if the one you are looking at is for real or not.

Legitimate work-at-home program should tell you - in writing - what's involved in the program they are selling. Here are some questions you might ask:

* What tasks will I have to perform? (Ask the program to list every step of the job.)

* Will I be paid a salary or will my pay be based on commission?

* Who will pay me?

* When will I get my first paycheck?

* What is the total cost of the work-at-home program, including supplies, equipment and membership fees?

* What will I get for my money?
Reply:I ended up out of work due to a job injury, and went through this process looking for legitimate work online. Although I did find some legit companies to help me find work, it cost too much to continue with them. You can try looking into www.freelanceworkexchange.com or www.sologig.com.

In the long run, what did work out best for me in doing this type of work was doing pick up work for various printing companies around town. I went to the companies and introduced myself to the various personel/hiring/office managers as a freelance data entry/graphic arts professional offering my services for jobs they would normally hire temp agency personel for. My arguement to support my position was that thier cost to hire me was less than the cost the agencies. The benefit to me was, I could charge more for my services, and being self-employed at home in this manner provided me with a lot of tax breaks. But use your imagination, and don't be afraid to try it. I got a lot of refusals, but once I had one job, more started to come in. I eventually sold my business to a neighbor woman with 3 children who lost her job when her husband ran off. She now has a staff of 15 working for her. Best of luck to you.

Scams and Phishing sites abound in the Internet. I've been their victim sometime. In a couple of cases, though the company is legit, I found the marketing/compensation systems unreliable and/or the product impossible to sell. Yes, I do lost some money by shooting blindly for online opportunities. You can be their prey too if you can't get reliable advise from person who have experienced being cheated.

From my experience, I recommend you to look for:

1. Financially-solid online company who has not less than 5-years of productive and honest business. They must have a proven (automated, if possible) compensation plan that pays, provides superb support via dedicated (not outsourced) forum, a satisfied community of members, and openly-posted company information.

2. A marketable, high-demand product that can be sold worldwide and in realtime. A product that can be supported aftersales. Not those that can only give you income from ad-placing, spamming, online research, surveys that will take much of your precious time and/or are impossible to sell/accomplish.

3. The company has in place a simple, fully automated yet rejection-free marketing system. From mass-mailed invitations, tracking, automated billing, after-sales support to Swiss-clock precision of commision payout .

4. A business that anyone worldwide can do. Even average people with novice computer knowledge, or are those not really business-inclined can have the opportunity to succeed too.

5. Compensation plan that provides an ever increasing residual income that is diredtly proportional with your desire to help others succeed also in life.

Sounds difficult? Yes. And it cost me money to find those that pays. I may give you a list here. But there is one company that not only provides above but exceeds all expectations - - -
