To be honest, you are probably not going to find an honest job online working from home. Any opportunities you find that require a start up fee or money up front is a scam don't get sucked in!!
I encourage you to immediately put these jobs out of your mind. Here are some of my tips when looking for a job....
Networking - Register at your local Unemployment Office (you don't need to be on unemployment to register for their assistance). They often will have networking groups on a regular basis. They also are a good source for the jobs that never show up in the paper or online.
Check your local paper -- In many cases the papers classified are now online.
Search Smart Online -- If you don't have a lot of time, spend most of your time at sites that aggregate the job feeds from several job search engines. Prominently these include indeed.com and thingamajob.com.
Organization -- I use a FREE online application that allows you to track your ads, jobs you apply for, send or print mail merged correspondence, and track your job search history. This site is jobsearchlog.com

Is there any way I can do an online data entry job without paying those registration fees and stuff ?
I want to do an online data filling job. But whenever I visit that kind of job providing web sites, they ask for registration fees and things....Can't I just get a job without paying those ?

The ones that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

The thing about work at home jobs is that there aren't any that are any easier than ones you have to drive to. They are just as hard and require just as many skills.
Most legit work at home jobs are at home customer care representative, transcription, writer, proofreader and editor, blogger, telemarketing from home, mystery shopping, virtual assistant, and freelance projects where you can use your data entry skills.

Its just a way of earning money from innocent people and that job has nothing to do with filling of forms/data entry.
They just advice you on how to earn from web (you have to do the efforts) and what they call "data entry" is actually the html code that you write for your website after all that is also a form of data entry.
It would be better you go for online surveys, or earn for writing articles.

I am interested to help poor students in earning money while studying to enable them to earn their fees, pocket money. I propose to allot two or more computers for this purpose to achieve this task. Can we provide them work such as data entry or typing etc. without any pre- payment. There are so many other people, who do not have employment, are wasting time. Such people also deserve for help. An average weekend income is about $300-$400 for two days work.
