Reply:I've been doing some work with www.elance.com the past week, all the work is home based, data entry, transcription etc. The only thing is you're competing against people from countries where the hourly rate of pay is a lot lower, so not sure if it would be worth it for you.

So many online jobs are out there. In fact, to do any online job, you need not want to invest anything. Make sure, you dont pay anything to get jobs online. Your best bet is to use those skills in conjunction with others and do things like at home customer care representative, transcription, writer, proofreader, editor, blogger, telemarketing from home, mystery shopping, virtual assistant, and freelance projects. I worked as a virtual call center agent for West At Home part time and made any where from $200-$400 every two weeks. A good site I use frequently is http://workathomedesk.com which is a free site with an excellent directory of legitimate companies that hire home workers. Depending on your skills or experience, you should be able to find several good leads there. Hope this helps. Good luck!
